1Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to QuantVPN.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QuantVPN's website, applications, VPN servers, subscriptions, emergency data credit, data top-ups, and related services.

QuantVPN is operated by Kuraakani Online Pvt. Ltd., based in Lalitpur, Nepal.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, requesting emergency data credit, or using QuantVPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.

These Terms should be read together with the QuantVPN Privacy Policy published on our website.

2About QuantVPN

QuantVPN is a virtual private network (VPN) service designed to help protect internet traffic and provide secure access to online resources.

The service advertises the following features:

• VPN connectivity using supported VPN protocols.
• A hybrid cryptographic design combining ML-KEM-1024 and X25519.
• RAM-only VPN server infrastructure.
• A no-logs policy covering browsing activity and VPN connection logs.
• Security features including a kill switch and DNS leak protection.
• Support for compatible devices and operating systems.

3Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use QuantVPN.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information required to create and manage your account.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Use the service in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You must not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent account information, or use payment credentials without authorization.

We may take appropriate action to protect accounts, investigate suspected fraud, and address violations of these Terms.

4Subscription Plans and Included Data

QuantVPN offers a monthly subscription priced at US$2.99 for 100 GB of data, subject to the terms displayed at checkout.

The advertised subscription also supports up to 10 devices, subject to the device-management rules described in these Terms.

The subscription provides the applicable monthly data allowance for the subscription period associated with that purchase.

The 100 GB allowance is the standard data allowance included in the monthly purchase. Emergency data credit and separately purchased top-ups are handled under Sections 7 and 8.

The checkout page is the authoritative source for the price, billing conditions, available payment methods, and applicable plan details at the time of purchase.

We may change prices or introduce different plans for future purchases. Any change affecting an existing purchase will be handled in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and law.

5Manual Payments and No Automatic Renewal

QuantVPN subscriptions do not renew automatically.

At the end of a subscription period, you must choose whether to purchase another monthly subscription.

QuantVPN does not automatically charge you for the next month merely because you previously purchased a subscription.

To purchase or renew your monthly service, you must initiate the transaction through the available checkout process and complete the required payment authentication.

5.1Payment Authentication

QuantVPN uses payment authentication, including the required OTP-based checkout authentication described for its payment process, to help protect financial transactions against unauthorized use and fraud.

You must complete the authentication process required by the applicable payment provider to authorize a purchase.

This process helps protect payment security and ensures that each new purchase is initiated and authorized by the customer.

Authentication requirements may depend on the payment method, payment provider, and applicable banking or payment-network rules.

5.2No Unrequested Monthly Charges

Because subscriptions do not automatically renew, you retain control over whether to purchase another month of service.

If you choose not to purchase another subscription, no new monthly subscription payment is initiated by QuantVPN solely because your previous subscription has ended.

Your access to paid subscription benefits may expire when the applicable subscription period ends, subject to any separately applicable data-credit or account rules.

6Payments, Billing, and Refunds

QuantVPN supports payments through Nimbuzz Pay and external payment providers, depending on the payment method available.

You authorize the relevant provider to process a payment when you initiate a purchase and complete the required authentication.

Payment information may include transaction references, payment status, purchase amounts, and refund information needed to administer your account and purchases.

External payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

6.1Refunds

QuantVPN advertises a three-day refund offer.

To request a refund under this offer, contact contact@nimbuzz.com within three days of the relevant purchase and provide your account email and transaction reference.

Eligibility will be determined according to the refund conditions presented with the applicable purchase, together with any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.

Cancelling a subscription or requesting account deletion does not automatically constitute a refund request.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7Emergency Data Credit

QuantVPN may provide an in-app emergency data-credit feature for users who have exhausted their available data allowance.

The feature is intended to help eligible users continue using the service when their standard data balance has been consumed.

7.1Requesting Emergency Credit

When your available data allowance is exhausted, you may be able to request emergency data credit using the designated button in the QuantVPN application.

Emergency data credit is subject to availability and the service rules applicable at the time of the request.

QuantVPN determines the amount of emergency data credit made available to each user. The amount may be set or adjusted by the company according to its operational policies and the conditions of the service.

The amount offered will be communicated through the application or the relevant credit interface.

Emergency data credit is not a guaranteed entitlement to a fixed amount of data, cash, or monetary credit.

7.2Nature and Expiry of Emergency Credit

Emergency data credit is a temporary data allowance, not a cash loan or cash payment. It cannot be withdrawn as money, transferred to another account, or exchanged for a cash refund.

Emergency data credit is associated with the applicable monthly subscription and expires when that subscription expires. Any unused emergency data credit remaining at the end of the subscription period is forfeited and does not carry forward to a subsequent subscription.

7.3Repayment of Emergency Credit

Emergency data credit is accounted for in data units and is recovered through deductions from eligible data purchases.

A. Subsequent data top-up

When you purchase additional data through the in-app top-up feature, any outstanding emergency credit is deducted from the newly purchased data allowance first. The remaining data becomes available for your use.

For example, if you have 5 GB of outstanding emergency credit and purchase a 20 GB top-up, 5 GB is applied to the outstanding credit balance and the remaining 15 GB becomes available for use.

B. Subsequent monthly subscription purchase

When you purchase another monthly subscription while emergency credit remains outstanding, the outstanding credit is deducted from the new 100 GB monthly allowance.

For example, if you have 5 GB of outstanding emergency credit when you purchase your next monthly subscription, 5 GB is deducted from the new allowance, leaving 95 GB available.

These examples are illustrative. Actual deductions depend on the credit issued, the outstanding balance, and the data balance displayed in your application.

7.4Outstanding Credit and Expiration

The application may display your available data and outstanding emergency credit balance.

Emergency credit is subject to the applicable monthly subscription period. If the subscription expires before the outstanding credit is offset through an eligible purchase, the remaining emergency credit expires with that subscription.

Expired emergency credit has no cash value, is not refundable, and cannot be carried forward to a later subscription.

Requesting emergency credit does not automatically renew your subscription, initiate a payment, or authorize QuantVPN to charge your payment method without a purchase initiated and authenticated by you.

QuantVPN may restrict further emergency credit where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, or enforce its credit-allocation policies.

8Data Top-Ups

QuantVPN provides an in-app top-up feature that allows users to purchase additional data beyond the standard monthly allowance.

Top-ups are separate purchases from the monthly subscription.

The available top-up packages, prices, and data quantities will be shown in the application or checkout interface at the time of purchase.

8.1How Top-Ups Work

To purchase a top-up, you must initiate the transaction through the in-app top-up button and complete the required payment authentication.

Once the purchase is successfully processed, the purchased data is applied to your account.

If you have outstanding emergency data credit, the applicable credit balance is deducted from the newly purchased data first. Any remaining data is added to your available balance.

For example, if you purchase a 10 GB top-up and have 3 GB of outstanding emergency credit, 3 GB is applied to the outstanding balance and 7 GB remains available for use.

If the top-up amount is insufficient to cover the outstanding credit balance, the remaining amount continues to be outstanding under these Terms.

8.2Top-Ups Are Not Automatic

QuantVPN does not automatically purchase top-ups on your behalf.

Each top-up must be initiated by you and completed through the applicable payment process.

A top-up purchase does not automatically renew your monthly subscription or extend its duration unless the application explicitly states otherwise.

8.3Data Balances

The application is the primary interface for viewing your available data, applicable top-up balances, and outstanding emergency credit.

Data allocations and deductions are recorded according to the service's data-accounting system.

If you believe your balance is incorrect, contact QuantVPN support at contact@nimbuzz.com with your account information and relevant transaction details.

9Monthly Data Allowance and Device Limits

The standard monthly subscription includes 100 GB of data and supports up to 10 devices.

9.1Data Allowance and Subscription Expiration

Your available data is reduced as you use the service according to QuantVPN's data-accounting rules.

When your available allowance is exhausted, you may request emergency data credit if the feature is available to your account, purchase an additional data top-up, or purchase another monthly subscription.

Emergency data credit expires when its associated monthly subscription expires. Unused emergency credit does not carry forward beyond that subscription period.

When you purchase another monthly subscription, any outstanding emergency credit eligible for deduction is deducted from the new 100 GB allowance in accordance with Section 7.

9.2Device Limit

The advertised monthly subscription supports up to 10 devices, subject to QuantVPN's account and device-management rules.

Users must not manipulate device identifiers or bypass device restrictions to exceed their permitted limit.

If you need to replace a device or resolve a device-limit issue, use the account-management options available in the application or contact QuantVPN support.

9.3No Automatic Renewal

QuantVPN subscriptions and data top-ups are not automatically repurchased when their associated data is exhausted or their applicable subscription period ends.

Every new purchase must be initiated by you and completed through the required payment-authentication process.

10Acceptable Use

You may use QuantVPN for lawful purposes, including protecting the privacy of your internet connection and accessing online resources.

You agree not to use QuantVPN to:

• Commit or facilitate criminal activity.
• Violate another person's rights, privacy, or security.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious software.
• Conduct unauthorized system access, network intrusion, or credential theft.
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or disrupt networks and services.
• Engage in fraud, phishing, identity theft, or payment abuse.
• Interfere with QuantVPN infrastructure or attempt to compromise its security.
• Manipulate data accounting, emergency credit, payment authentication, or subscription controls.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without authorization.
• Violate applicable law or legally binding restrictions.

This list is not exhaustive. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of QuantVPN complies with applicable law.

Using a VPN does not authorize unlawful access to systems, accounts, or content.

11Privacy and No-Logs Commitment

QuantVPN's privacy practices are described in the QuantVPN Privacy Policy.

QuantVPN states that it does not store users' browsing activity or VPN connection logs.

Its advertised RAM-only VPN server architecture is designed to reduce the persistence of information on VPN servers.

The no-logs commitment does not mean that no information is processed anywhere in the broader service. Account details, subscription records, payment information, and customer support communications may be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

QuantVPN does not sell users' VPN browsing histories.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes QuantVPN to disregard its published privacy commitments or applicable data-protection law.

12Security Technology and Limitations

QuantVPN advertises a hybrid cryptographic design combining ML-KEM-1024 and X25519, along with supported VPN protocols and protective features such as a kill switch and DNS leak protection.

These technologies are intended to strengthen connection security and help protect user privacy.

No VPN, cryptographic system, application, or internet connection can guarantee protection against every possible threat.

Your protection may depend on your device security, application configuration, network conditions, and the security of third-party services you access.

You should keep your applications and operating systems updated and protect your account credentials.

QuantVPN does not guarantee that VPN use makes every online activity anonymous or immune to tracking.

13Service Availability and Maintenance

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, software updates, network interruptions, infrastructure failures, cybersecurity incidents, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may temporarily suspend or modify parts of the service where reasonably necessary to maintain security, perform maintenance, comply with law, or protect users and infrastructure.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular connection speed, availability in every country, or compatibility with every device, network, website, or application.

Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14Third-Party Services

QuantVPN may rely on third parties for payment processing, hosting, application distribution, and other supporting functions.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, security requirements, and availability limitations.

QuantVPN does not control the independent practices of third-party providers, subject to any responsibilities imposed on us by applicable law.

15Intellectual Property

QuantVPN's name, branding, website design, proprietary materials, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.

These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use QuantVPN for its intended purpose while you have authorized access to the service.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit proprietary components except where permitted by applicable law or an applicable license.

Certain software may be distributed under open-source licenses. Those components remain subject to their respective license terms.

16Suspension and Termination

You may stop using QuantVPN at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if:

• You materially violate these Terms.
• Your account is involved in fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
• Your use threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the service.
• We are legally required to restrict access.
• Continued provision would expose users or the service to a material security or legal risk.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before terminating access.

Suspension or termination does not automatically remove refund rights that you may have under these Terms or applicable law.

Any outstanding emergency data credit is subject to the applicable account and service rules. It does not become a cash debt merely because data credit was provided.

17Account Deletion

To request account deletion, email contact@nimbuzz.com with the subject line “QuantVPN Account Deletion Request.”

We may request reasonable verification to confirm that the request concerns your account.

We will process deletion requests in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Account deletion may end access to the service and associated benefits. Certain payment, billing, security, or legal records may need to be retained where a lawful basis requires it.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a separate payment arrangement or erase records held independently by payment providers.

18Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuantVPN is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or capable of preventing every form of tracking, surveillance, cyberattack, data loss, or unauthorized access.

We do not guarantee that a particular website, streaming platform, application, network, or online service will always be accessible through QuantVPN.

Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer guarantee or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuantVPN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service where such exclusion is lawful.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuantVPN's aggregate liability arising from a claim relating to the service will be limited to the amount paid by you to QuantVPN for the affected service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability that applicable law requires to remain available to consumers.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of QuantVPN or material breach of these Terms.

Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify QuantVPN for losses caused by QuantVPN's own unlawful conduct or breach of a legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service, subscription plans, emergency credit policies, technical features, or legal obligations.

The updated Terms will be published on the QuantVPN website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where a change materially affects an existing purchase or requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide the required notice or obtain consent as appropriate.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued or rights that cannot lawfully be removed.

22Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of Nepal, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other legal requirements applicable to your circumstances.

If you have a complaint, we encourage you to contact QuantVPN support first so that we can attempt to resolve it.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a right to bring a complaint before a competent regulator, consumer-protection body, or court where that right is available under applicable law.

Any dispute will be handled by a competent forum in accordance with applicable law.

23General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not necessarily waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and the subscription or top-up terms presented at purchase, govern your use of QuantVPN.

Mandatory applicable law takes precedence over any conflicting provision.
